Terms of Service
CatFight (also shown as Cat-Fight)
Effective date: October 3, 2026
Publisher: Creative Labz Inc. (“we”, “us”)
These terms are an agreement between you and Creative Labz Inc. for CatFight on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and Mac. Playing the game, or creating an account, means you accept them and the Privacy Policy published with them.

Who Can Play
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must review these terms.
The fighters, names, and arenas are fictional.
The License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play CatFight for your own entertainment. We do not sell you the game or its content. You may not:
-
sell, rent, or give away your account
-
copy the game except as needed to play it
-
reverse-engineer the client, except where the law does not allow this limit
-
cheat, use automation, or modify the client to affect a match, the economy, or another player
-
disrupt the servers or another player’s game
-
use an offensive or misleading in-game name, or a name that pretends you work for us
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is harming the service or other players.
Accounts
Guest play is stored on the device and cannot matchmake. Online matches require a sign-in with Apple, Google, or Epic. You are responsible for the provider account you use.
Your in-game name must be unique. We can refuse or reset a name. Changing it can cost gems.
You can link sign-in providers to one CatFight profile. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.
Matches
Signed-in players on the platforms we ship can be matched with each other. An online fight runs on a dedicated server. Some modes use a computer-controlled opponent instead of another player. There is no player chat.
Online features need a network connection and can be interrupted. We do not promise a particular match, rank, or opponent.
Virtual Items and Purchases
Coins, gems, fighters, cosmetics, and other in-game items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
Real-money purchases are processed by Apple or Google under that store’s terms. We do not take your card number. Refunds for those purchases follow the store’s rules. We may remove an item that was granted by mistake, by a failed purchase, or by breaking these terms.
We may change prices, items, rewards, and how the economy works. Quest and ranked records can reset when a season ends.
The Service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue CatFight, or any mode, item, or server. We may need to take the game offline for maintenance. Online progress depends on the service staying available.
Your avatar, if you upload one, stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to other players inside the game. You confirm you have the rights to that image. We may remove an image that breaks these terms.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how to ask for deletion of a cloud account. These terms include that policy.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded CatFight from the Apple App Store, these extra terms apply, and they control if they conflict with the rest of this page:
-
These terms are between you and Creative Labz Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content.
-
The license is limited to a non-transferable right to use CatFight on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.
-
Creative Labz Inc. is responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
-
If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claim, loss, or liability is our responsibility.
-
We, not Apple, are responsible for product claims and for claims that the game infringes intellectual property.
-
You represent that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and that you are not on a US prohibited-party list.
-
You must comply with third-party terms when using the game, including your wireless-data agreement.
-
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play
If you downloaded CatFight from Google Play, your use of the store and real-money purchases also follow Google Play’s terms.
Disclaimers
The game is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some places do not allow these disclaimers, so they apply only as far as they can.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress or virtual items. Our total liability for the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that the law does not let us limit, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court will not enforce one sentence, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Playing after that date means you accept the update.
