Privacy Policy

CatFight (also shown as Cat-Fight)

Effective date: October 3, 2026

Publisher: Creative Labz Inc. (“we”, “us”)

This policy explains what the game collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers CatFight on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and Mac.

Accounts

You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google, or an Epic Games account.

A guest account is tied to an identifier kept on that device. Guest play stays on the device. It cannot enter online matchmaking.

If you sign in, the provider sends us an identity token so we can recognize you. We never receive your Apple, Google, or Epic password.

  • Apple. We ask for your name and email. Apple sends your name only the first time you authorize the app. You can hide your email and use Apple’s private relay.

  • Google. We receive an identity token and, if your Google account has one, a profile-photo address.

  • Epic. We receive an identity token for your Epic account.

Signing in creates an Epic Online Services user for this game. You can link Apple, Google, or Epic to the same user, so one profile follows you across devices.

What We Store

Name. Online play requires a unique in-game name. We store it and reject a name someone else already uses, including names our filter marks as offensive. Changing the name can cost gems.

Profile photo. If you pick a picture, we upload that one image to your cloud profile and show it to other players. We do not browse the rest of your library. If you do not pick one, we may show the photo supplied by your sign-in provider.

Cloud profile. Epic Online Services stores the profile for your account: in-game name, avatar, and the saved profile the game needs to recognize you.

Inventory and records. Microsoft PlayFab stores your display name, coins, gems, owned items, quest progress from online matches, ranked statistic, and leaderboard entries.

Matches. PlayFab pairs signed-in players. Edgegap starts a dedicated server for that match and uses your connection’s IP address to place the server near you. The server receives who is in the fight so it can run the match. There is no player chat. Other players can see your in-game name, avatar, and what you do in the fight. They cannot see your email or account identifier.

On the device. Settings and loadouts are saved on the device. Uninstalling the app removes those files. It does not delete the cloud account.

Purchases. Apple or Google processes real-money payments. We do not receive your card number. We receive which product was bought so it can be added to your account. Spending coins or gems is recorded on your PlayFab account.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not show ads. We do not use Apple’s advertising identifier or the Android advertising ID. We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for precise location. We do not use the camera or microphone to record you. A linked SDK references those APIs, so the operating system may still show a permission description.

Why We Use It

We use this information to run your account, keep a unique name, restore progress, run matchmaking and dedicated servers, show leaderboards, deliver items you buy or earn, and keep the service working. We do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps for advertising.

These companies also have their own privacy policies. We share information when the law requires it, or to protect players and the service.

How Long We Keep It

We keep the cloud account, profile, inventory, and match records while the account exists. Local files stay on the device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Apple and Google keep store receipts under their own rules.

Your Choices

You can play as a guest, with the limits above. You can skip a profile photo. You can hide your email when using Sign in with Apple. You can revoke Apple or Google access in that account’s settings.

To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete the cloud account and profile, email support@creativelabz.com with your in-game name and how you sign in (Apple, Google, Epic, or guest). Deleting the app does not delete the cloud account.

Children

CatFight is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe we have, email support@creativelabz.com and we will delete it.

Where It Is Processed

Epic, Microsoft, Edgegap, Apple, and Google may process this information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or limit your information, and you can complain to your local data authority. If you are in California, you can ask what personal information we collected and ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Playing after that date means you accept the updated policy.
